All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Cart" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our products, some patterns and colours could vary slightly from those shown.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return the item for a full refund, unless it has been made to your own specification.
It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period (of seven days on receipt of the item) by email or phone. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. When the goods have been received and inspected we will then refund the full amount paid.
The products are warranted for one year for manufacturing defects

Our umbrellas are hand made from wood and cotton, therefore, they must be used and cared for appropriately The umbrella must be mounted into a suitable commercially available umbrella stand made from metal or stone weighted.
If placed through the hole in the centre of a patio table the umbrella must also be mounted into a suitable umbrella stand.
The umbrella could be damaged if allowed to blow over, therefore it is advised that umbrellas should be let down at night and during windy conditions During inclement weather the umbrella should be stored in a dry location
1. Oriental Umbrellas do not maintain a customer or marketing database. If a customer has purchased or enquired about a product we will retain their name, address, phone number and email address for 12 months. At the end of the products warranty period (normally 12 months ) we will delete this data from our systems. If you wish to have your details deleted earlier please send an email to email@example.com
2. The Umbrellas are for outdoor use only. If required for indoor use they can be treated with a fire retardant solution, which would be applied by our suitably qualified partners. Please contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements.
